* Please note that we do not allow pets or smoking of any kind. ** We'll be sending you information about House Rules to follow to ensure your stay is seamless! *** You must be 25 years or older to book this property without prior approval. **** Community amenities are not controlled by the homeowner and cannot be guaranteed. ***** Our properties are located in coastal environments where water bugs are normal in high-moisture environments. We encourage all our guests to keep doors closed to avoid water bugs from entering the property. ****** All guests are strongly encouraged to purchase trip insurance; hurricanes, tropical storms, nor'easters will not be refunded. ******* The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Summer 2026. We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.
