2025 Availability and Rates:
Spring and Fall are fabulous weather months with some flexibility on check-in/out days. Just ask if your preferred dates aren't showing up. Rates in off season are for up to 4 nights. No Dog Fee. No Cleaning Fee. No Linen Fee. No Anything Fee.
Summer prime weeks are Friday-Friday weekly rentals only. Arrive any time after 4:00pm and wake up Saturday morning at the beach! Your beds are made and your door code is ready to use!
We are transparent and like simple math. There are no dog fees, cleaning fees or linen fees.
POOL is open March through October. Ask about FREE optional Pool Heat in spring and fall!
We understand the financial investment you are making into your vacation, so we want to be sure you are getting what you pay for. All our photos are current and continue to be updated. There may be some slight changes (improvements) to the decor as we replace or update along the way. Since we keep a weekly video on file, we can provide you with an up-to-date accounting of any changes. Our promise is that we deliver what we say we do. What you see is what you get...well actually what you see in person is far better as this property's amenities, proximity to the beach and clean appearance are hard to describe!
Here it is! A Beautiful Backyard Oasis with a Pool and Hot Tub, Turf for Cornhole Play or Cartwheels, Side Yard for dog business, and less than a 90 second walk to the wide and spacious Wilkins St. beach access! There is a Pergola over the turf for additional shade!
The ocean is so close you can see it and hear it from the house! And the beach access point is just around the corner on the residential Wilkins St with a generous entrance and miles of beautiful beach just waiting for you! Grab your coffee to catch the sunrise then return for some breakfast and to gather the rest of your crew. Beach chairs and a beach cart make the safe and easy walk to the beach a breeze.
Enjoy the dolphins, sand pipers, loons and pelicans throughout the day and in the morning and evening keep your eyes fixed on the sand and be entertained by the busy ghost crabs. Stay as long as you like or leave and return at your leisure. The house and the beach are THAT close and convenient! When you are ready to depart, pack up your supplies and roll them back in the balloon wheeled beach cart which is located in the laundry/utility room.
Upon your return, rinse off your sandy feet in the spacious outdoor shower and head through the gate to that refreshing, sparkling blue pool. Or sit under the deck in the shade and take a plunge whenever you want. When it's time to eat, enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and gas grill to make the day complete. You can choose to eat near the pool or take cover from the sun on the front deck table or at the picnic table on the front platform deck under the house. After the meal, head back to the beach and play frisbee, fly a kite, take a walk as the tide rolls in, or simply gaze in the sand and watch the ghost crabs scurry as they come out to clean their homes, wet their gills and snag a little dinner themselves.
As the evening darkens, flip the switch to enjoy patio lights under the house and in the pool area. And don't forget to turn on the pool light and pick your pool water color! Feeling chilly? Head into the hot tub for a relaxing soak before bed.
This wonderful "H" style home located on the highly desirable Lindbergh Ave in Kitty Hawk is less than 150 yards to direct beach access of miles of family and dog friendly beach! The open and spacious living, dining and kitchen is centrally located with two bedrooms on both sides. On one side, the King bedroom shares a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) with a Twin over Full bunk room. On the other side of the living area is a full hall bathroom (no tub) along with a Queen Bedroom and the Twin Bedroom. Two front sliding doors give you access to a house length front deck where you can outdoor dine and see and hear the ocean. The large back deck leads to the keyless entry door as well as wonderful sunset skies.
Underneath the home you will find a cool entertainment space with a new platform deck with outdoor lighting that is great for relaxing, escaping the sun or even escaping the rain! There's a fun "Selfie Station" and a fish cleaning table for all your freshly caught meals. The back of the house is where you will find the BBQ grill, Hot Tub, Turf with Cornhole, and of course the Pool and another break area under the back deck
There is a convenient Laundry/Utility room with a full-size washer and dryer, an extra full-size refrigerator/freezer, sand toys, bikes, chairs, and a beach cart. This is also a great space to store your luggage and coolers for the week. A keyless entry to this room provides additional security.
Lindbergh Avenue has sidewalks for walking or chalk art, is a safe street for jogging, walking your dogs, or riding bikes. The property's back yard backs up to a quiet access road for quiet strolls as well.
Whether you want to spend a full day at the beach or come and go at your pace; whether you love to worship the sun or admire it from under cover; if you love being at the beach and close to everything, this home will check all those boxes.
You will be in the heart of sweet Kitty Hawk in the Outer Banks; the northern most of the southern beaches. This makes it an ideal central location to visit any northern or southern towns and activities. There's no need to go far with ample shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and drug stores nearby. Walk or bike ride to Art's Place for amazing breakfast pancakes or their coveted burgers! Enjoy an outside cocktail or delicious meal at Ocean Boulevard. Pick up some donuts at Duck Donuts. Bring your dog and your appetite to Shipwreck's and enjoy live music, outdoor dining with an ocean view or indoor sports viewing at the bar. You have to try their Shrimp Burger!
Not only is this home perfect for families, but it's also perfect for those wanting to bring an extra friend or two. With the option of sleeping up to eight guests, there is plenty of space to feel connected yet comfortable. (Children in diapers may allow up to 9 guests.)

We expect our guests to treat our home with respect and care and all damages are the guest responsibility. Any damage or misuse of the property requiring financial compensation to the owners will be pursued by all legal means available. Sheets and Bed Making prior to your arrival is included as well as bath linens. Pool/Beach Towels are not provided,See Rental Agreement for more details. Extra pillows, blankets, quilts, etc. are also included.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All payments made are non-refundable. If you need to cancel we will attempt to rebook your week at rate you paid. In the event that happens you will be refunded once it is rebooked and payment made less the cancellation fee. If it rebooks for less than your rate than we only refund the amount of rebooking less the cancellation fee. Any questions please reach out. House Rules / Instructions
- There is no smoking or vaping any substance in or on the property.
- Only house trained dogs are permitted. No puppies or incontinent dogs allowed.
- Dogs are not allowed in the pool.
- Dogs should be crated if left unattended in or around the property. Any pet damage is the guest responsibility.
- Dogs should not be on the furniture. Exceptions are IF the dog is laying on its own bedding.
- All pet excrements must be cleaned up and disposed of properly. Do not allow dogs to use the turf or pool deck as their bathroom.
- Doors and windows must be closed unless the AC/Heat is in the OFF mode.
- A signed Rental Agreement must be returned and payment made before the property is reserved. The lease signer must be 25 years or older and must be staying on the property during the rental period.
- As per the Rental Agreement, all terms are understood and accepted.
- Be sure to understand the CANCELLATION policy and REFUND policy before booking.
- TRIP INSURANCE is guest responsibility. See Rental Agreeement for purchase.
