Make memories with your loved ones at this oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Nags Head. Wake up and wind down with amazing sunrises and sunsets on both sides of the unit! Enjoy a beverage and watch dolphins play from the over-sized patio.
The master bathroom offers a king-size bed and its own private bath while the second bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, two flat-screen TVs, cable and wireless internet, an in-suite washer and dryer, and beautiful patio furniture where you can take in all the views! Other property offerings include direct beach access and an outdoor shower.
Linens (bath towels, sheets, washcloths) are included. Bring your clothes and tooth brushes and we will do the rest! This is vacation: simplified!
Our unit is within easy driving distance of many wonderful local attractions: Jockey’s Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Coquina Beach and many great restaurants and shopping establishments. We’re right where you want to be!
Please note that we do not allow pets or smoking of any kind. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

POLICIES
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your arrival will receive a total refund of any advance payments less a $250 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date will receive NO refund and you will forfeit any money paid in advance.
- Guests will not receive any refund for late arrivals or late departures.
- We strongly encourage each guest to purchase trip insurance in order to protect their investments up until the date of arrival. Guests are responsible for securing trip insurance through the third party vendor of their choice.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Condo is right on the beach so the sunrises are beautiful. It is decorated with a beach theme and nice furniture. Beds are very comfortable. The condo is located close to some great restaurants too. We will definitely rent from Joe again !

My husband and I had a very relaxing visit in the OBX. The condo is very nice. I addressed a few issues with the owner, the carpet needs to be replaced. Over all very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and just wanted to relax. This place was perfect. First thing we saw when we walked in the door was the awesome ocean view!! We practically lived on the spacious well furnished balcony. There are a couple of minor furnishing items in the condo that could be upgraded but for the most part everything was great!! We will definitely stay here again.

Just steps to the beach, with a nicely sized balcony overlooking the ocean. Beach area was spacious and not overly crowded during our July stay. South Nags Head location is very convenient to shops, restaurants, and activities. Host did a great job of sending out information in advance of the trip about the area and local amenities which was very helpful to us since it was our first visit to OBX. Would absolutely consider this property and this host when planning a return trip.

After living in Nags Head for 30 years before moving away, we thought nothing could compare with our former home, but Paradise Plus was even better. The ocean view from the large balcony was spectacular. The condo was immaculate, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The host, Joe Danza, and his management team of Mike and Lisa, went out of their way to help us. We enjoyed a perfect week at Paradise Plus and definitely recommend it.

This is a perfectly located property, especially for active families with little ones. We loved having the beach directly out the window which is really the most ideal when staying in OBX. This stretch of the beach is tranquil and perfect for the little ones to run around, plus lots of dolphin watching. The property itself was perfect for our small family. The decor was modern, bright, and updated which was very welcome. There is a small playground area which our girls may have enjoyed more than the nearby larger playgrounds. Neighbors are friendly and there is a community feel. Communication with Joe was exceptional even before we arrived at the property. All details for check in, enjoying the surrounding area and etc were provided well in advance. He was also incredibly responsive before departure and while we were on site. I would highly this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and easy stay in OBX!

This condo was spotless! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. The king bed was comfy and so was the couch. Wish there had been a blu ray or DVD player. Nice to have an elevator. It had beautiful ocean views!!

The property was nice and clean. The kitchen and furnishings had obviously been updated. We did not cook while we were there, but the kitchen was nicely furnished. There is a beautiful view of the ocean.

ON THE BEACH... we couldn't get any closer to the beach! We like to go off season to avoid the crowd... we loved our stay... very clean... didn't have to bring sheets and bath towels...we didn't encounter any problems. Would book again!
