Make memories with your loved ones at this oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Wake up and wind down with amazing sunrises and sunsets on both sides of the unit! Enjoy a beverage and watch dolphins play from the over-sized patio.
The master bathroom offers a king-size bed and its own private bath while the second bedroom contains a queen bed. There is also a fold out couch in the Livingroom (queen sized). The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, three flat-screen TVs, cable and wireless internet, an in-suite washer and dryer, and beautiful patio furniture where you can take in all the views!
Linens (bath towels, sheets, washcloths) are included. Bring your clothes and tooth brushes and we will do the rest! This is vacation: simplified!
Our unit is within easy driving distance of many wonderful local attractions: Jockey’s Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Coquina Beach and many great restaurants and shopping establishments. We’re right where you want to be!
Please note that we do not allow smoking of any kind. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

POLICIES
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your arrival will receive a total refund of any advance payments less a $250 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date will receive NO refund and you will forfeit any money paid in advance.
- Guests will not receive any refund for late arrivals or late departures.
- We strongly encourage each guest to purchase trip insurance in order to protect their investments up until the date of arrival. Guests are responsible for securing trip insurance through the third party vendor of their choice.
