Make memories at this oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo with your loved ones. Just bring your toothbrush and clothes and we’ll do the rest – vacation: simplified!
From early-morning sunrises to stunning sunsets to close out a day on the sand, you can take it all in from the comfort of the condo – views from each side! Enjoy a beverage and watch the dolphins play in the surf from the oversized patio.
The condo features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and it’s own private bath. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin bed. In addition, the unit offers a well-equipped kitchen, two (2) flat-screen TVs, in-suite washer and dryer, cable and internet, and beautiful patio furniture. The property boasts direct beach access and an outdoor shower.
Linens (bath towels, washcloths and sheets) are included.
Sweet Paradise is centrally located in the town of Nags Head. Within easy driving distance of many local favorites such as Jeanette’s Pier, Jockey’s Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and the NC Aquarium in Manteo, the property is also minutes from fine and casual dining, grocery stores and much more!
Please note that we do not allow pets or smoking of any kind. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

POLICIES
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your arrival will receive a total refund of any advance payments less a $250 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date will receive NO refund and you will forfeit any money paid in advance.
- Guests will not receive any refund for late arrivals or late departures.
- We strongly encourage each guest to purchase trip insurance in order to protect their investments up until the date of arrival. Guests are responsible for securing trip insurance through the third party vendor of their choice.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

The condo is as shown in photos. Beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with all gadgets we needed. And it was very clean when we arrived. The view of the ocean was unbeatable. Not one regret renting here. I would rent again, you will not be disappointed. Owner extremely responsive as well.

So glad I booked this property for our trip! We had never been to the Outer Banks and this location was perfect. It was pretty central so it was never too far to travel and being able to enjoy the oceanfront views from the balcony (and even from inside when it was too chilly) was a great perk as well. Joe and the management team were kind and responsive. I can definitely see us booking again.

My childhood friend and I just wanted a pretty place on the beach to be able to gab all weekend. It was so freezing outside but we had a beautiful view of the ocean, the location was near everything we wanted to do, and the condo was gorgeous! Highly recommend!

Great condo for a couple or small family. Joe is an exceptional host. It is obvious he has invested a lot of time and planning into this rental. A quality condo, great location (can’t beat oceanfront) and reasonably priced. Will definitely go w this host again when I return to the OBX. Thank you Joe for sharing your rental with us.

The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the beach was clean and had a beautiful view from the back patio. Also beautiful sunsets from the front porch. The set up was excellent and we enjoyed the location close to restaurants and shops.

Perfect location. Beautiful views. Two teenage boys could surface while we sat on the balcony drinking coffee and watching. Easy walk to the pier. Everything we needed at the condo.

The view from this condo has to be one of the best on the outer banks. Easy access to the beach and proximity to stores and restaurants makes it an ideal location. It is an older unit with smallish rooms but the owners are doing a nice job renovating it. We especially appreciated the balcony furnishings. Great communication from the owner.

We had a wonderful experience in this unit. Quiet location and very clean. It’s a smaller condo complex so elevator access was not an issue, even on check in and check out day. The owners obviously take pride in their home. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Sweet Paradise was simply AMAZING!!! We just spent a great week at Sweet Paradise and we’re already planning next years visit. The panoramic views are stunning. We loved watching the sunrise each morning over the Atlantic on the balcony and we saw dolphins most days! We were also fortunate enough to be there during the recent meteor shower and it was spectacular! The condo was very clean and well stocked; very helpful having an ice maker in the freezer. We did miss our Keurig from home (there is a traditional coffee maker provided) but there are so many great coffee shops/breakfast spots in the area, it was fun checking them out. The hosts, Joe & Lisa, were very responsive and provided a ton of helpful information about the local area restaurants, stores, etc. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. We brought chairs, coolers, etc., but noticed that there are rental services available in the area-definitely good to know for next time. The local restaurant scene is great, so many choices! Saving room for ice cream after dinner every night is the hardest part! We highly recommend Sweet Paradise for a relaxing, beautiful beach vacation. We can’t wait to come again soon!! Enjoy!
