Marilyn and Richard Wallace, the owners, want your vacation to be relaxing and as activity-filled as you wish. We have assembled a team to simplify the details. So pack your clothes and we can help you with the rest. Our on-site caretakers, Mike and Lisa are the epitome of southern hospitality.
I’m Joe Danza, your Co-Host. Think of me as your concierge. I’ll be here to answer any questions you may have - from planning your trip through the end of your vacation. I’ve been coming to the Outer Banks for over a decade and love helping guests discover the attractions and experiences that make the Outer Banks so special. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your vacation is one to be remembered!
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 5):
• The Master Bedroom has a king bed and has its own dedicated master bath with a jetted tub. Also a flat screen TV.
• The second bedroom has a queen bed and one twin bed, with direct access to a full bathroom. Also a flat screen TV.

POLICIES
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your arrival will receive a total refund of any advance payments less a $250 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date will receive NO refund and you will forfeit any money paid in advance.
- Guests will not receive any refund for late arrivals or late departures.
- We strongly encourage each guest to purchase trip insurance in order to protect their investments up until the date of arrival. Guests are responsible for securing trip insurance through the third party vendor of their choice.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
