A wonderful place to stay for a couple or friends. Very close to the beach and surrounds activities. Very clean room and bathroom. Very responsive and making sure you feel at home would recommend to all my friends .

Joe’s place is a perfect little retreat at the beach for two. Compact, but has everything you need. The apartment is super clean and the little kitchen well stocked. Joe and his team were very responsive to our needs, and sent clear instructions from beginning to end. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again.

It was peaceful, relaxing, and the view was absolutely stunning. Even during a busy holiday weekend, this place offered the perfect quiet getaway in the Outer Banks. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Joe's place has stunning ocean views. It is on the forth floor. It is facing ocean without obstruction. it has big sliding doors in living room(both sides) and one bedroom. The balcony is very big. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset. The apartment is very roomy, three of us had enough space. The location is in the center of outer banks. The grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. We definitely will come back!

This listing is an unbeatable location - literally on the beachfront. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise over the ocean each day from the large sliding glass door windows in the bedroom. The morning light is awesome. We were entertained by merely sitting on the comfortable balcony watching the sea life (dolphins!) and the shore birds, the boats, the beach walkers and wind surfers. So peaceful in April. The place is well appointed, just as described in the listing, and the host is responsive. We appreciated all of the information provided by the host for restaurants and local attractions. The location is excellent for access to many food and entertainment options, but is just far enough from the "main drag" to feel private and quiet. If we should pass this way again, we will look no further for accommodations - for we have found "our place" in the Outer Banks.

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful location. When we were looking for an ocean view, this exceeded expectations. Gorgeous sunrises from the 4th story balcony. Quiet, peaceful, and spacious. Literally a 1 minute walk from door to beach. Not crowded, perfect waves, and the DOLPHINS! Quite possibly 40 dolphins swimming directly in front of the condo. Just a magical experience that I recommend for anyone coming to Nag’s Head OBX to consider this home. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful get away! The absolute perfect location, amazing sunrises everyday, visited by the occasional dolphin, had the beach all to ourselves. This place was spotless and so comfortable, all for a great price. Absolutely loved it!

This is a fantastic unit for a couple (or best friends!) retreat. The location is perfect - directly across the street from beach entrance, walking distance to great coffee shops, local ice cream, surf shops, brewery, food, convenience stores, and more! I liked the house was at the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic on the street. The host is very friendly and responsive with great directions. Check in/out was hassle free. I will definitely be coming back for a long weekend getaway!

Perfect distance from the beach. For those with dogs, we were originally concerned about the no dog policy for Kill Devil Hells beaches between Memorial Day and Labor day as that is when our trip fell. Thankfully this location allows you to access a public beach entrance with Nags head on your right and Kill devil on your left. The house was the perfect size for 2 plus a dog. The washer and dryer were also very helpful amenities. We utilized Joes restaurant recommendations for almost all of our dinners and were not let down! Thank you!

A great house for a getaway with the pups! So much to do not only as a person but also with dogs. The house is clean and beautiful! If you are looking for something small and homey this is perfect! Joseph is great at communicating and helping every need we had. 5/5 ⭐️
